Why get a mentor?
Because a mentor is fully dedicated to your success and will contribute to your personal growth and to equipping you to handle your particular challenges.

“I benefited from having Lani Bannach as a mentor on a professional and personal level. She worked with me to focus on key issues and develop strategies for tackling promotional and operational challenges. Lani’s input, based upon her own extensive business and senior management experience, allowed me to brainstorm effectively to develop and refocus my approach and operating style to progress my career resulting in a promotion – as well as reflect on my work/home balance.”
